摘要
针对某大型钼矿的矿石特性进行了选矿工艺和产品方案优化研究。在工艺矿物学和选矿试验的基础上确定了钼硫混合浮选—混合精矿分级—分级后的粗细粒分别进行钼硫分离作业的工艺流程。在确定工艺流程的过程中对浮选的药剂制度进行了进一步优化,新工艺流程在原矿含Mo0.34%的条件下,得到了两个钼精矿产品,其中钼精矿1含Mo58.328%,钼回收率为43.263%的;钼精矿2含Mo47.053%,Mo回收率51.525%;总钼精矿回收率达到了94.788%,该指标相比于现场指标有较大的提高,为选矿进行下一步技术改造奠定了良好的基础。
The optimization of beneficiation process and product program in a large-scale molybdenum ore according to the ore characteristics was studied. Based on the process mineralogy characteristics and dressing experiments of run-of-ore, it is determined that the technological process including molybdenum-sulphur mixed flotation-grading of bulk concentrate-independent Mo-S separation for the coarse and fine grains after classification. Besides, the rea- gents rules in the course of the determing of beneficiation process were further optimized. While the run-of-time ores have O. 34% of Mo, two molybdenum products were obtained. The molybdenum concentrate 1 contains 58. 328% Mo, the recovery rate of Mo is 43. 263 % , the molybdenum concentrate 2 contains 47. 053 % Mo, the recovery rate of Mo is 51. 525% ,the total recovery of Mo reaches to 94. 788% ,which achieves a greater improvement compared to the spot index,. The study provides good basis for the next step industrial production.
