摘要
对某铜矿伴生铼所产低等品进行了高纯铼酸铵的深加工技术研究。本试验研究采用萃取法提纯高铼酸铵,将纯度为2 N的高铼酸铵产品提高到4 N以上,杂质总含量<0.01%,回收率高达98.8%,填补了伴生铼资源深加工领域空白,推动了稀散金属领域的提炼技术,对提高产品附加值,具有巨大的经济意义和社会效益。
The deep-processing technology research of high-purity ammonium rhenate was done from accompanying rhenium in a certain copper mine in the production of low concentration of ammonium rhenate. The extraction method was adopted to get high- purity ammonium rhenate in this experimental study , the purity of the product was increased to more than 4 N from 2 N,the content of total impurity is 〈 0.01% ,the recovery rate is as high as 98. 8%. Thus, the blank of the accompanying rhenium resources processing areas was filled ,the scare metal refining in the field of technology was pushed , the product added value was improved , it had great economic significance and social benefits.
