在分析协同创新相关理论的基础上,论述高校图书馆学科服务协同创新的内涵,并构建一个高校图书馆学科服务协同创新模型。该模型基于学科服务协同内外环境及其服务过程,通过学科服务协同创新平台将各个创新主体要素进行系统整合、互动、优化,在整合层次与优化层次的不同位置,形成一个从沟通—协调—合作3个阶段的互动过程,进一步提升高校图书馆学科服务协同创新绩效。学科服务协同创新的实现是一项系统工程,高校图书馆可从搭建高校图书馆学科服务协同创新平台、建立高校图书馆学科服务协同创新团队、加强知识创新型学科馆员队伍建设等方面着手,建设高校图书馆学科服务协同创新实现机制。

The article analyzes the relevant theories of collaborative innovation, discusses the connotation of collaborative innovation of university library subject service, and builds a model for it based on the collaboration of internal and external environment and the service process. Using a subject service collaborative innovation platform, the model systematically integrates and optimizes the main elements of each innovative subject, and forms a interaction process of communication, coordination and cooperation at the different place of integration and optimization layers, which improves the subject service collaborative innovation performance. The implementation of subject service collaborative innovation is a systematical project, and the university library can achieve the innovation mechanism through building subject service platform, organizing efficient team and training the subject librarians.
