摘要 高校图书馆是本科教学的文献信息中心,是学生自主学习的基地。有必要从本科教学用户的角度出发,设计一套本科教学用户满意度测评的指标体系。从信息资源、信息获取、服务情感、图书馆环境和教学服务效果5个方面构建图书馆本科教学用户满意度指标体系,可用于测评本科教学用户的需求和图书馆服务的满意情况,帮助图书馆检视、制定、实施与改进服务策略。 University library is the literature and information center for undergraduate teaching. It is also a learning center for students' self-teaching. Thus, evaluating the users' satisfaction for library service from the perspective of undergraduate teaching seems to become necessary. Under the background of undergraduate teaching, this article is trying to set up a framework for library users' satisfaction evaluation, which consists of five aspects: quality of information resources, access of information, emotional perspective, library environment and effect on undergraduate teaching. By understanding the satisfaction of users who are involved in undergraduate teaching, university libraries can look through the current status of service, and make effort to improve it.
