摘要
对用户的微博使用情况和刷屏情况进行抽样调查与分析发现:用户使用微博最主要的目的是获取信息;用户每天使用微博的时间比较合理;微博刷屏的现象比较普遍,频率也比较高,且多出现在广告、娱乐和垃圾信息中;用户对刷屏的反应各有不同,目前主要以取消关注的方式避免刷屏;造成刷屏的原因比较复杂,但多与微博的性质有关;刷屏所造成的信息过载比较严重,对用户造成的负面影响程度较强。在此基础上,提出一种解决微博刷屏的方案。
The paper conducts a sample survey about the usage and screen-brushing on weibo users. The results show that the primary purpose of weibo users is to obtain information. The time spent on weibo every day is quite reasonable. Weibo screen-brushing is relatively common and frequent, and appears more in the advertisement, entertainment and spare. Users have different reactions to screen-brushing, which they prefer cancelling the attention to avoid. The cause of screen-brushing is complex and mainly related to the nature of weibo. The information overload caused by screen-brushing is serious and has a strong negative effect on the users. Based on this, the paper puts forward a solution for weibo screen-brushing.
