由藏族人“高原适应基因”揭秘多地域基因交流

摘要 藏族人有多项异于平原地区人种的生理特征,使之能够适应高原的低氧与高日晒环境。来自深圳华大基因研究院等机构的科学家不仅发现可能在高原适应中起关键作用的EPAS1基因,还发现此基因可能来自古丹尼索瓦人或其近亲,为人类进化的多地域基因交流观点提供了数据支持。 Some specific physical characteristics allow Tibetan people to adapt to the harsh plateau environment. The researchers of The Beijing Genomics Institute and other institutions found the gene EPAS1 may play a key role in such adaptation,and EPASl may derive from Denisovans or their kins as well. The findings give evidence for the multi-regional human evolution.
