摘要
目的探讨FPG对T2DM患者红细胞(RBC)变形及免疫功能的影响。方法利用新型显微成像与动静态图像分析系统对单个活态RBC形态及膜弹性进行测量,运用酵母菌花环试验对RBC的免疫功能进行测定。测量正常(NC)组和T2DM 7个FPG水平组RBC的形态、膜弹性及免疫功能参数。结果 T2DM各组圆度因子、膜弹性参数及RBC免疫复合物结合花环率(RBC-ICRR)均高于NC组,RBC膜上C3b受体结合花环率(RBC-C3bRR)低于NC组(P<0.05);随FPG上升,圆度因子、膜弹性参数及RBC-ICRR增加,而RBC-C3bRR减小,在FPG较低(FPG<9.0mmol/L)的非相邻两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随FPG上升,RBC变形及免疫功能减弱。
Objective To explore the effect of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)level on red blood cell(RBC)deformability and immune function in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus(T2DM). MethodsThe morphological structure and membrane elasticity of single living RBC were analyzed by novel microscopic imaging technology and static and dynamic image analysis system.Immune function of RBC was detected by yeast rosette test.Morphological structure,membrane elasticity and immune function parameters of RBC were determined respectively in NC group and seven T2 DM groups of different FPG levels. Results Roundness factors,membrane elasticity parameters and RBC immune complexes rosette rate(RBC-ICRR)in T2 DM groups were all higher than those in NC group and RBC C3 breceptor rosette rates(RBC-C3bRR)were lower in T2 DM groups than those in NC group.The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).With rising of FPG level,RBC-ICRR,roundness factors and membrane elasticity parameters were all increased and RBC-C3 bRR was reduced.The differences between two nonadjacent groups of lower FPG level(FPG9.0 mmol/L)were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion With increasing of FPG level,deformability and immune function of RBC both decline gradually.
