摘要
瑞格列奈是一种常用的非磺脲类胰岛素促泌剂,与磺脲类药物相比,疗效相似但致严重低血糖反应的风险较小。瑞格列奈合用克拉霉素可致低血糖发生风险增加,现报告1例患者如下。
Repaglinide is a commonly used non-sulfonylurea insulin secretagogue.Previous clinical studies have shown that repaglinide has similar efficacy but less risk of severe hypoglycemia compared with sulfonylureas.Repaglinide in combination with clarithromycin may increase the risk of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.This is the first report of severe hypoglycemia resulted from repaglinide-clarithromycin drug interaction in China.
