摘要
患者女，70岁。因左眼视力下降伴视物变形2周于2013年8月12日来我院就诊。既往身体健康。眼科检查：视力：右眼0.6，＋1.50DS--0.50DC×135°矫正0.8；左眼0.2，＋1.00DS--0.75DC×85°矫正0.4.
