规模差异视角下工业企业生产率影响因素研究

The Research on Influential Factors of Industrial Enterprises' Productivity Based on the Scale Difference

本文利用工业企业数据库数据,在规模差异条件下,采用回归分析法对企业生产率影响因素的贡献进行实证分析。结果表明:利润率、主营业务率、工资率对企业生产率的贡献始终显著为正,其中利润率贡献最大,随着企业规模增加而提高;负债率、研发、出口与补贴对企业生产率的贡献始终显著为负,其中研发与出口对企业生产率的负向贡献随企业规模增加而提高;管理费率对企业生产率的贡献,在规模较小的企业中为正向影响,在较大的企业中为负向影响。

Using the data from the Database of Chinese Industrial Enterprises and regression analysis methods, the paper analyses the contribution of enterprise productivity influential factors under the condition of enterprises＇ scale difference. The re- suits show that： under the condition of enterprises＇scale difference, profit margin, main business rate and wage rate have signifi- cantpesitive contribution to enterprises＇ productivity. Among three factors, profit margin contributes the most, and the contribu- tion increases as the scale increases. Debt ratios, research and development, export and subsidies have significantnegative con- tribution to enterprises＇ productivity. The negative contribution that R＆D and export make to enterprises＇ productivity increases as the scale increases. Management fees rate makes positive contribution to enterprises＇ productivity in smallercompanies, while makes negative contribution in larger scale companies.
