随着全球化浪潮愈演愈烈,自由贸易园区不仅对拓展本国经济增长空间、构建与各国合作平台、减少贸易投资壁垒、改善国际投资环境等有着积极的推动作用,而且由于其具有的先天优势,也逐渐成为发展服务外包的天然温床。在自由贸易园区发展服务外包方面,爱尔兰无疑是当之无愧的排头兵。基于此,本文试图深入剖析爱尔兰自由贸易园区服务外包的发展历程、运营模式以及取得的成功经验,爱尔兰经验对我国自由贸易园区发展服务外包启示与借鉴如下:落实自由贸易园区服务外包政策措施;提升自由贸易园区服务外包企业国际竞争力;提升自由贸易园区服务外包企业应对市场能力;培养自由贸易园区服务外包领域专业人才。

With the rapid development of globalization, free trade zone has not only plays a positive role in expanding our country＇s economic growth, building a cooperation platform with other countries, reducing trade and investment barriers, improving the international investment environment, but also has been becoming a natural breeding ground for the development of service outsourcing because of its inherent advantages. In terms of the development of service outsourcing in the free trade zone, there is no doubt that Ireland deserved the vanguard, and it has accumulated rich experience. Based on this aspect, this paper deeply analysis the development history of the outsourcing, business model and successful experience of Ireland＇s free trade zone. Ireland＇s experience has many enlightenments for China to develop service outsourcing： to ensure the policy about outsourcing of free trade zone, enhance its international competitiveness and ability to respond to the market, train professionals in the field of service outsoureing for free trade zone.
