摘要
通过电化学沉积的方法制备了石墨烯/Nafion/纳米镍修饰的玻碳电极,研究了硝基苯酚的3种同分异构体在此修饰电极上的电化学行为,并优化了缓冲类型、p H、扫描速率等测定条件。在最优实验条件下,用循环伏安法(CV)和线性扫描伏安法(LSV)对其进行了测定和研究。结果显示,邻、间、对硝基苯酚被很好地分离和测定,方法可以用于硝基苯酚同分异构体的同时测定。邻、间、对硝基苯酚的线性范围分别是:1.88×10-5~4.02×10-3mol/L,5.78×10-6~5.34×10-3mol/L,2.38×10-6~7.02×10-3mol/L。检出限分别为:2.48×10-6mol/L,8.37×10-7mol/L,3.78×10-7mol/L。
The GO/Nafion/GCE was prepared by electrochemical deposition and the electrochemical behavior of three nitrophenol isomers on the modified electrodes was studied. The determination conditions were optimized, such as the buffer type, pH and scan rate. In the optimized experimental conditions, cyclic vohammetry (CV) and linear sweep vohammetry (LSV) were used to study the electrochemical behavior. The result shows the peaks of o - , m - and p - nitrophenol were well separated and this method can be used for the simultaneous determination of nitrophenol isomers. The linearity range of o - , m - and p - nitrophenol was 1.88 × 10-5 4.02×10-3, 5.78 ×10-6 ~5.34 ×10-3 and 2.38 ×10-6 ~7.02 ×10-3 mol/L, respectively. The detection limit is 2.48 × 10 -6, 8.37 × 10 -7 and 3.78 × 10 -7 mol/L, respectively.
