摘要
电动机装配包括定子和转子的组装及整体装配,通过对某微型电动机生产现场的调研,应用5W1H、ECRS及设施规划等工业工程(Industrial Engineering,IE)方法,对微型电动机装配的工艺流程、及其所在车间的布局等方面进行分析改善。改善后减少加工和运输各两次;取消了不必要的等待;通过改善相关工位的顺序和布置,搬运距离明显减小,搬运路线不再交叉;同时运用时间测定的方法确定了各加工单元的标准作业时间,按照均衡工序节拍的原则调整工序作业内容,对装配线进行了平衡改善,最终使生产节拍由5min变成2.97min,生产线平衡率由63.6%提高到94.1%,给企业带来了明显的经济效益。
Motor assembly includes the stator and rotor assembly, through the research of manufacturing, process flow and work- shop layout was analyzed and improved using Industrial Engineering(IE) methods of 5W1 H, ECRS, facilities planning and so on, which reduced processing and transportation 2 times each, cancelled unnecessary waiting, by improving the order of relevant sta- tion and arrange, moving distance was saved significantly, moving routes no longer cross; at the same time using time measurement method to determine standard work time of each processing unit, adjusted work content according to the beat, eventually made pro- duction type decreased from 5min to 2.97min, line balancing rate increased from 63.6% to 94.1% , brought obvious economic benefit to the enterprise.
