摘要 以某越野车为研究对象,利用ADAMS/Car软件建立前悬架和转向模型,进行轮跳和转向仿真试验分析。在优化转向梯形关键点(断开点、硬点)使汽车(前轮)前束角和阿克曼误差尽量满足理论要求的前提下,建立整车虚拟样机模型,以稳态回转试验的综合评价计分值最大为优化目标,对转向梯形关键点进行第二次优化设计,得到转向梯形关键点位置坐标的最优值。结果表明:该方法使转向梯形的设计更为精确、合理,优化设计后整车转向性能得到了较好的提升。 A virtual front vehicle system of the cross-country vehicle was built by ADAMS/Car. The system includes double wish- bone suspension and rack-pinion steer. Steer and toe angle simulations were running in this model. Under the premise that optimi- zing key points to make toe angle and Ackermann error meet the requirements of the theory, building the virtual prototype model of the vehicle ,regarding optimization goal as the maximum value of the comprehensive evaluation score ,doing the second optimi- zation design of key points based on the virtual prototype model of the vehicle, then obtaining the optimal value of key points coor- dinates. The results show that this method makes Aekerman steering linkage design more accurate and reasonable, after optimiza- tion design, the vehicle steering performance is greatly improved.
