摘要
以某公司开发的大采高采煤机为研究对象,采用Pro/E、MATLAB、ANSYS和ADAMS软件建立了采煤机截割部的刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型,在ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件中加载ADAMS输出的载荷文件,对轴承进行显示动力学仿真,综合考虑轴承径向载荷和转速的影响,采用弹性材料并在轴承内圈加入轴颈模拟轴与轴承之间的力传递,得到了低速重载滚动轴承的动态响应,研究结果与滚动轴承的实际情况吻合良好,为进一步研究低速重载滚动轴承的力学特性提供了依据。
A large mining height shear which developed by a company is taken as the study object and Pro / E, MATLAB, ANSYS and ADAMS is used to establish rigid-flexible coupled virtual prototype model for cutting unit of shearer which based on the finite element technology and virtual prototype technology. Then load files which exported from ADAMS is loaded in the ANSYS/LS- DYNA and a dynamic simulation is conducted on the bearings. Considering the impact of bearings radial load and speed, use elas- tic material and join axle journal which simulates force transmission between shaft and bearings into the bearing inner ring and then dynamic response of the low-speed heavy load rolling bearings is obtained. The result is in good agreement with the actual situation of the rolling bearing and provides basis for further study of low-speed heavy load dynamic.
