摘要
为了避免对零/部件过度使用和过度维修,以零/部件的历史寿命数据为基础,从零/部件的可靠性角度建立了零/部件的维修方式决策模型。采用三参数威布尔分布函数来评估零/部件的可靠性,以定量的方式计算零/部件的可靠度,结合企业制定的维修可靠性阀值,来确定零/部件的维修方式。以轴承为例,验证了所建立模型的可行性。
To avoid excessive use and maintenance, based on the life data of the broken parts, maintenance decision model of the parts is established from the viewpoint of reliability. Weibull distribution function of three parameters integrated to assess the reli- ability of the parts, and calculate the reliability of the parts in a quantitative way respectively, combined with the parts' reliability threshold set by enterprise, the maintenance scheme of the parts is determined. A bearing is taken as an example to illustrate the feasibility of the decision model.
