套管吊卡主体关键尺寸灵敏度分析与优化 被引量:3

摘要 吊卡主体是套管提升系统的关键性零件,安全性能要求极高。为了提高吊卡主体的安全性能,对其结构关键尺寸进行灵敏度分析,通过变尺寸法调整吊卡主体关键尺寸。分析结果表明:当吊耳截面横向厚度为81mm,吊耳截面半径为R67mm时,吊卡主体的最大弯曲应力比优化前改善了9.7%。其结果有助于吊卡适应更为苛刻的工况条件,能减少事故的发生,为进一步的改进设计提供了依据。 Main body of elevator is the key parts of hoisting system of casing, the safety performance have high requirements. In order to improve the safety performance of the elevator, conducted sensitivity analysis and optimization of main body of casing ele- vator to adjust key size of main body of casing elevator through the variable size. The maximum bending stress of the main elevator is improved 9.7% when the lateral thickness of lug cross section of main body is 81mm,radius of lug cross section of main body is R67mm. The result is good for the elevator to adapt to more harsh working conditions, reduce the occurrence of the accident, and provide a theoretical basis for further improving design.
