摘要
废旧产品生命末期的剩余价值是产品再制造方案决策的基础。基于产品价值理论,分析了产品制造、使用和再制造阶段的价值,提出了基于消费者满意度的产品价值描述方法,建立了基于价值分析的废旧产品再制造决策模型,进而通过考虑再制造产品回收价格,确定废旧产品的再制造决策方案:再利用、再制造或再循环。通过实际应用于削笔刀再制造方案决策中,验证了所建模型的可行性。
Residual value of used product is the basis of product remanufacturing decision. Based on product value theory, the values for manufacturing stage,use stage and remanufacturing stage are analyzed from the viewpoint of consumer satisfaction, and then a remanufacturing decision model is establish based on the value analysis. By integrating this method with the recycling price pro- vided by enterprise, a remanufacturing decision scheme (reuse, remanufacturing or recycle) for used products can be determined. Finally, pencil sharpener' remanufacturing decision is used as an example to illustrate the feasibility of the decision model.
