摘要
通过纤维回用实验,打浆和助留剂实验,压光实验,高频疏解实验探讨了影响瓦楞原纸环压强度的主要影响因素。实验结果表明,随着纤维回用次数的增加,环压强度逐渐下降,每次下降约17.0%。纤维素的结晶度随回用次数的增加而增大,说明废纸纤维素的无定形区随细小纤维不断流失。瓦楞原纸环压强度取决于纤维间结合力的大小,凡有利于提高纤维间结合力的方式均有利于提高瓦楞原纸的环压强度。废纸板纤维抄片压光并不能提高瓦楞原纸的环压强度。
The main influencing factors of the ring-crush strength of corrugated medium were probed by fiber recycling, beating and retention aid,calendering,liebeck disintegrater experiments in this paper. The results indicated that the ring-crush strength was decreased with the increase of the times of fiber recy- cling, decreased 17.0 % every time. The crystallinity was increased with the increase of the times of fiber recycling, which indicated that the amorphous region of cellulose was drained with the fiber fines. The ring-crush strength of corrugated medium depends on the degree of fiber bonding force. The ways to improve the degree of fiber bonding force were also good for the ring-crush strength of corrugated medium. The ring-crush strength of handsheet of wastepaper plate fiber was unable to be enhanced by beating.
