CT引导下肺癌射频消融治疗术中并发症的护理 被引量:2

摘要 肺癌是目前发病率、病死率最高的肿瘤,治疗以外科手术、放化疗为主。CT引导射频消融术(RFA)是近年来发展迅速的一种微创治疗手段,具有创伤小、并发症少、费用低、可重复性高、疗效肯定等特点,目前已成为肺癌综合治疗的重要手段。我院肿瘤微创介入中心自2013年1—12月行CT引导下RFA治疗肺癌33例,取得了较满意的临床效果,现将RFA治疗肺癌术中并发症的护理经验报告如下。
