肺癌患者症状负担研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 在全世界的肿瘤病死率中,肺癌居于首位^（[1,2]）。虽然有很多新的治疗方法 出现,但是肺癌患者的生存率仍然末得到明显提高。由于肺癌患者的症状较多以及其严重的并发症,提高生活质量、改善患者症状成为肺癌患者治疗的一个重要目标。多学科、多方面综合治疗对肺癌患者的整体治疗更加有意义。1症状负担（symptoms burden）的意义症状负担^（[3]）是在疾病过程中,对患者症状数量、症状严重程度、症状给患者带来的困扰以及症状对患者日常活动、
