摘要
多重耐药病原菌(multidrug-resistant pathogens)和超级细菌(superbugs)的不断出现,给人类健康带来了严重的威胁,研究表明,环境中细菌自然具有耐药基因,通过宏基因组(metagenome)技术可以对环境中的耐药菌株及其生存环境和代谢产物进行研究,以发现新基因和新活性物质,本文对宏基因组技术在耐药细菌研究中的应用进行了综述,希望为解决抗菌药物耐药性问题提供解决办法。
The multidrug-resistant pathogens and superbugs appeared constantly, causing a public health crisis. Research has shown that bacteria in the environment have resistance genes inherently. The metagenomic technology can be used to research resistant strains in the environment and living environment and metabolites, through which we can discover new genes and new active substances. In this paper, the application of metagenomic technology in the drug-resistant bacteria research is reviewed, hoping to provide a solution to solve the problem of antibiotic resistance.
