档案鉴定的历史和现实视域考量——与周林兴、邓晋芝二位作者商榷

Consideration on the archival appraisal from the historic and realistic horizon——Discuss with the authors Zhou Lin-Xing and Deng Jin-Zhi

《错位的价值判定应该被纠正——对档案鉴定及销毁的历史视域考量》一文观点大胆、论证犀利,但难掩其偏颇和失实。从历史视域考量,档案鉴定之所以存在并非如《周文》所说的"主要是出于解决馆藏增长与库房紧张、利用效率之间矛盾的目的",而是对文件和档案价值的判断和取舍。从现实视域考量,馆藏档案与库房不足的矛盾并未得到解决,《周文》所认为的弱化档案鉴定工作的前提条件并未具备。

The view of the dislocation of value judgment should be corrected -- the historical horizon considerations for archives appraisal and destroyed is bold and sharp ,but remote and unreal. From the per-spective of history, existence of archival appraisal is not as the paper said that ＂it is mainly for solving the collection warehouse and increase tension, the contradiction between the efficiency to use＂, but for judgment and choice to file and archives value. From the perspective of reality, the problem of archival holding and depository shortage is not resolved, and the weakening of the document identification is not available.
