论政治文化对“十七年”公文写作的影响

政治文化是影响"十七年"公文写作的一个重要因素。这种影响主要体现在三个方面:对公文政治目的性的强调、对公文作者思想的制约以及对公文文风的渗透。政治文化对"十七年"公文写作影响,一方面开创了中国公文写作的新局面,另一方面战时性思维又限制了它的发展。

Political culture exerted a significant influence on the so-called 17-year document writing, which was characterized by the emphasis on political purpose,the ideological restriction on the authors and the infiltration of the document writing style. Such influence ushered in a new age of document writing in China,the war-oriented thoughts,however,hampered its development at the same time.
