摘要
为了提高汽车的平衡性和舒适性,轮毂设计通常会考虑配重造型的位置,但配重造型的位置又会对铸造过程造成影响。利用Magmasoft软件对配重位置在轮辐和轮辋的车轮进行铸造过程的模拟,结果表明,气门孔两侧的配重会导致在气门孔位置形成热节,而轮辐位置的配重也会影响轮辐的凝固过程。
In order to improve the balance and comfort of the vehicle, hub design is normally considered about positions of counterweight modeling. But the positions of counterweight modeling will affect the casting process. The Magmasoft software was used to simulate the casting process of the wheels whose counterweight positions were in the spokes and rims. The results show that the counterweights on both sides of the valve hole will cause the hot spot in the position of the valve hole, and the counterweight positions in the spokes will also affect the solidiifcation process of the spokes.
