健脾调中消痞方治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良临床疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Jianpi Tiaozhong Xiaopi Recipe for Functional Dyspepsia with Spleen Deficiency and Qi Stagnation

【目的】观察健脾调中消痞方加减治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的疗效。【方法】将符合纳入标准的110例功能性消化不良患者随机分为中药组和西药组各55例。中药组给予健脾调中消痞方加减口服治疗,西药组给予莫沙必利、兰索拉唑口服治疗。治疗持续1个月后,观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状改善情况;随访半年,观察2组复发情况。【结果】(1)经过1个月治疗后,2组脘腹胀满、胃脘隐痛、纳差食少、嗳气呃逆等各项症状积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且中药组对各项症状的改善程度优于西药组(P<0.05)。(2)中药组总有效率为94.5%,优于西药组的81.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)随访半年,中药组复发3例,复发率为5.8%;西药组复发8例,复发率为17.8%。中药组复发率显著低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)在治疗过程中,2组均未见明显不良反应。【结论】健脾调中消痞方对功能性消化不良患者的治疗有显著效果。

Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Tiaozhong Xiaopi Recipe （ JTXP） for the treatment of functional dyspepsia （ FD） with spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation. Methods A total of qualified 110 cases were evenly randomized into Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. Chinese medicine group was given modified JTXP orally, and western medicine group was given Mosapride and Lansoprazole orally. After treatment for one continuous month, therapeutic effect was evaluated and the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment was observed. After follow-up for half a year, the recurrence of FD was observed. Results （ 1） After treatment for one month, the scores of abdominal distension and fullness, gastric vague pain, poor ap petite, belching and hiccup were obviously decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment （ P〈0.05） , and the relief of the symptoms in Chinese medicine group was superior to that in western medicine group （P〈0.05）. （2） The total effective rate was 94.5% in Chinese medicine group and was 81.8% in western medicine group, the difference being significant （ P〈0.05）. （ 3） The results of follow up showed that recurrence of FD was shown in 3 cases （5.8%） of Chinese medicine group and in 8 cases （17.8%） of western medicine group, the difference being significant （ P〈0.05）. （ 4） During the treatment, no obvious adverse reaction was shown in both groups. Conclusion JTXP exerts certain therapeutic effect for the treatment of FD with spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation.
