Analysis of Digestive Nursing Risks and Measures Against Risks in Recent 10 Years

目的:通过回顾性历时研究,总结近十年消化内科护理风险分析及对策研究进展和发展趋势。方法:"中国知网"输入"消化内科/护理风险"在"摘要"中搜索,经人工甄别,得到60篇相关文章。主要采用统计分析、比较分析和归纳总结。结果:研究者对消化内科护理风险的认知和关注程度,关注群体分布状况,研究广度和研究深度,现有研究缺陷和不足之处,一定程度决定了未来研究思路和努力方向。结论:结合单位实际,在新形势下,善于学习、交流和创新,预见风险,及早消除或解决;采用不同工作或管理模式,完善消化内科护理工作环境,提供技术和服务优良场所,维持和谐医患关系,减少医疗纠纷发生,有效控制护理风险,保证服务质量和患者医疗安全,是降低消化内科护理风险的有效管理途径。

Objective： To summarize the research advancements and development trend of nursing risk causes and measures in recent 10 years.Method： In the abstract search column of the website www.cnki.net , two key words of “digestive internal medicine” and “nursing risks”were input to search for relative papers. Then after artificial identification, 60 papers concerning digestive nursing risks were finally obtained. Next, statistical analysis, comparative analysis, and contrast were conducted.Result：The results showed the acquisition and attention levels of nursing risks by the nurse staff, the distribution span of the researchers, the breadth and depth of their researches, and the research defects as well in some way determined and guided our research trends and directions.Conclusion： Under new historical background, all clinical units integrating with their practical working conditions, should learn to study, exchange and innovate their working conducts, so as to predict the nursing risks and take measures against them in advance.Also, hospitals should adopt various operating and management models to perfect their nursing backgrounds so as to provide well-equipped and well-served treatment places for the patients, which will be an effective way to maintain harmonious doctor-patient relationship, reduce medical disputes, control nursing risks,ensure nursing qualities and clinical safety, it is an effective way to reduce the risk of nursing in the digestive medicine department.
