摘要
研究了复合β成核剂用量对中试生产的均聚聚丙烯粉料力学性能和β晶相对含量的影响,以及注射工艺对β晶型均聚聚丙烯(β-PPH)力学性能和β晶相对含量的影响。结果表明:新型复合β成核剂VP101T的成核效率明显高于传统β成核剂;当w(VP101T)为0.20%时,所制β-PPH的常温悬臂梁缺口冲击强度达831.3 J/m,β晶相对含量高达92.2%;熔体温度是影响β-PPH的β晶相对含量和力学性能的主要因素。
The influence of the content of compound β nucleating agents on mechanical properties and the relative content of β crystal(Kβ)of pilot homopolypropylene powder was studied, and the effects of injection parameters on mechanical properties and Kβof β nucleating agent modified homopropylene(β-PPH)were also researched. The results show that the nucleation efficiency of novel compound β nucleating agent VP101 T is much higher than that of traditional β nucleating agent. The Izod notched impact strength of β-PPH prepared at room temperature reaches 831.3 J/m and Kβof β-PPH is up to 92.2% when the mass percentage of VP101 T is 0.20%. Melt temperature is the main factor that influences Kβand mechanical properties of β-PPH.
