摘要
在300 kt/a高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)装置上进行了国产BCE-SCH100型催化剂的工业应用试验,生产了相对分子质量分布呈双峰的薄膜用HDPE HM9455F1。试用BCE-SCH100型催化剂期间,装置运行平稳,所制HM9455F1性能优良,与参比催化剂相比,BCE-SCH100型催化剂的活性达11-12 kg/g,为参比催化剂的2-3倍;氢调敏感性提高约22%,共聚合性能优良。HM9455F1粉料颗粒形态优良,粒径小于32μm的细粉质量分数降低约92%,大幅延长了装置运行时间,降低了生产成本。
The industrial application of BCE-SCH100 catalyst was carried out in a high density polyethylene plant of 300 kt/a and HDPE HM9455F1 with bimodal relative molecular mass distribution for film was produced.The plant operated stable and the properties of the resultant HDPE HM9455F1 were excellent.The activity of BCE-SCH100 catalyst is about 11-12 kg/g,which is about 2-3 times of that of the reference catalyst.In comparison with reference catalyst,the sensitivity to hydrogen of BCE—SCH100 catalyst is increased by 22%and it has good catalytic performance.HM9455F1 powders produced with BCE-SCH100 catalyst have good particle morphology and the fines content with particle size lower than 32 μm is decreased by about 92%.The operating time is greatly extended and the production cost is reduced.
