煤基均聚聚丙烯1102K与同类产品热性能及流变性能对比 被引量:3

摘要 研究了煤基均聚聚丙烯1 102K和市场同类产品T30S,F401的熔融温度、结晶温度、氧化诱导期、热分解温度、毛细管流变性能及螺旋流动长度。结果表明:1102K的氧化诱导期为14.8 min,热分解温度为426℃,两项均高于T30S,F401,说明1102K的耐热性能最好;相同测试条件下,1102K的毛细管剪切黏度高于T30S和F401,而螺旋流动长度低于T30S和F401,说明1 102K的流变性能比T30S和F401稍差。 The authors studied the melting temperature,crystallization temperature,oxidation induction time,thermal decomposition temperature,capillary rheological properties and spiral flow length of homopolypropylene 1102 K and its counterparts T30 S and F401 in the market.The results show that 1102 K has oxidation induction time of 14.8 min and thermal decomposition temperature of 426 ℃,which are higher than those of T30 S and F401,indicating that the thermal properties of 1102 K are superior to those of T30 S and F401.The capillary shear viscosity of 1102 K is higher than those of T30 S and F401,the spiral flow length of 1102 K is shorter than those of T30 S and F401 in the same experimental conditions,indicating that the rheological properties of 1102 K are slightly worse than those of T30 S and F401.
