以肾绞痛为首发症状的Xp11.2易位/TFE3基因融合相关性肾细胞癌一例

摘要 肾细胞癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,最常见于40岁以后的成年人,青少年发生率较低.但是Xp11.2易位/TFE3基因融合相关性肾细胞癌是一类主要发生于儿童及青少年的特殊类型的肿瘤,临床表现也与常见的肾细胞癌不同,由于临床对这类人群发生泌尿系统肿瘤估计不足,常常不能准确诊断.现将浙江大学医学院附属第二医院临床表现为肾绞痛、影像考虑肾结石的患者报道如下,以提高对这类患者的诊断率.
