儿童分离型肘关节脱位一例报道并文献复习

摘要患儿女，10岁。在操场玩篮球时不慎摔伤右肘于水泥地面，伤后右肘关节高度肿胀、肘关节畸形明显，查体无明显桡神经、尺神经、正中神经及肱动脉损伤症状。伤后即刻肘关节正位X线片示右尺骨鹰嘴及冠状突骨折、上尺桡分离移位；侧位X线片示右侧肘关节后侧脱位。
