蛋壳粉末对白菜根肿病的防治效果 被引量:4

Control Efficiency of Eggshell Powder to Chinese Cabbage Clubroot Disease

摘要 以蛋壳粉末为试材,采用灌菌法和密封菌土法接种,测定了蛋壳粉末对白菜根肿病的防治效果。结果表明:密封菌土法接种比灌菌法接种更易发病;在室内蛋壳粉末对白菜根肿病的防治效果测定结果显示,1∶5蛋壳粉末和土壤混合处理对白菜根肿病的防效最高(64.2%)。室内蛋壳粉末盆栽测试结果显示,1∶5蛋壳粉末和土壤混合处理的pH值为6.95,比对照pH值提高了1.4。因此,采用具有钙离子为主成分的蛋壳粉末和土壤混合处理能有效地防治白菜根肿病。 Taking eggshell powder as material,the control efficacy of mixture composed of eggshell powder and soil on Chinese cabbage club-root was determined through sealing bacteria soil inoculation method and irrigation bacteria inoculation method.The results showed that seal-mixed inoculation was more likely disease than irrigation inoculation.The determination result of control efficacy of eggshell powder to Chinese cabbage clubroot in vitro showed that the best control efficacy(64.2%)was mixing treatment(1∶5)composed by eggshell powder and soil.The determination results of eggshell powder to Chinese cabbage clubroot in vitroshowed that the pH value of mixing treatment of eggshell powder and soil was 6.95,higher 1.4than pH value of the control treatment.Therefore,the mixing treatment composed by eggshell powder including calcium ion and soil could effectively control Chinese cabbage club-root.
