摘要
采用SAM软件对某汽车顶盖翻边整形模零件的相对运动进行了干涉分析,结果表明运用SAM软件可以辨识隐藏干涉点和人工漏检点,达到优化模具结构、缩短零件开发周期、降低模具后期返修、报废风险的目的。
The interference between the parts of flanging-sizing die for an automobile roof panel was analyzed by using SAM software. The results indicated that the SAM software can easily identify the hidden interference location and negiectful location by manual work. It has optimized the die structure and reduced the risk for repairing and unaccepted prod- ucts.
