摘要
通过对内高压成形原理和缺陷的分析,研究了材料的塑性流动性能和摩擦之间的关系,提出了基于摩擦控制的内高压成形质量控制策略,基于CAE分析优化并进行了试验验证。结果表明:通过局部摩擦控制可有效解决局部破裂和起皱同时存在的矛盾,提高管材的成形质量。
Based on the analysis of formability theory and defects, the relationship between the plastic flow properties of the material and the friction was studied. The control strate- gy of inner high-pressure forming quality based on friction control was put forward, and op- timized by CAE and verified. The results showed that the local friction control has effec- tively solved the contradiction between local rupture and wrinkling, and improved the form- ing quality.
