2011-2014年某肿瘤专科医院住院患者麻醉药品使用情况调查分析

Analysis on use of narcotic analgesic drugs for inpatients in Tumour Hospital from 2011 to 2014

目的了解新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院麻醉药品的应用情况。方法对新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院2011-2014年麻醉药品物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计分析。结果麻醉药品的用量及销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,其中口服吗啡缓释制剂逐渐成为治疗癌痛的首选药物。结论新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院麻醉药品的应用从品种、剂型到给药途径均趋于合理。

Objective To understand the situation and trend of Narcotic analgesics usage in Affiliated Tumor hospital of Xinjiang Medical Univeraity. Methods Data of Narcotic analgesic drugs used were collected from 2011 to 2014, analyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum and DDDs. Results The usage and sales amounts of narcotic analgesic drugs showed an upward trend increasely, and the oral controlled-release morphine preparations has become the preferred drug for treatment of cancer pain. Conclusion More reasonable policies put forward to take from the varieties utilization of Narcotic analgesics, dosage forms, and routes of administration in the hospital are needed.
