摘要 目的探讨Notch-2、Notch-3、Notch-4和Jagged-1在风湿性心脏病患者外周血淋巴细胞上表达与IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α的水平及意义。方法风湿性心脏病患者38例与健康者37例(对照组)采用流式细胞术检测外周血淋巴细胞上Notch-2、Notch-3、Notch-4和Jagged-1的表达水平,酶联免疫吸附法测定IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α水平。结果 Notch-2、Notch-3、Notch-4/Jagged-1在风湿性心脏病患者外周血淋巴细胞表达水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。风湿性心脏病患者外周血IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Notch-2、Notch-3、Notch-4/Jagged-1在风湿性心脏病患者外周血淋巴细胞表达水平与风湿性心脏病患者外周血IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论风湿性心脏病患者Notch-2、Notch-3、Notch-4/Jagged-1在风湿性心脏病患者外周血淋巴细胞上的表达,影响了IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α水平,导致免疫功能紊乱。 Objective To investigate the expression and correlation between Notch-2,3,4/Jagged-1 and IL-1β IL-8 and TNF-αin peripheral blood of rheumatic heart disease( RHD) patients. Methods Flow cytometry was used to analyze the propor-tion of the Notch-2,3,4/Jagged-1 in peripheral blood lymphocytes from 38 cases of rheumatic heart disease(RHD)patients and 37 cases of healthy people ( control group ) . Leavings serum of the same sample tested the centration of IL-1β IL-8 and TNF-α by ELISA. Results The levels of Notch-2,3,4/Jagged-1 in peripheral blood lymphocytes and IL-1βIL-8 and TNF-αof patients with RHD Were obviously significantly higher than the normal control(P〈0. 05). And the levels of IL-1βIL-8 and TNF-αhad a positive relationship with Notch-2,3,4/Jagged-1 in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with RHD(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The levels of IL-1β IL-8 and TNF-α probably can be affected by the change of Notch-2,3,4/Jagged-1 in peripheral blood lymphocytes of pa-tients with RHD.
