循环内皮细胞在冠状动脉慢血流中的变化及意义

摘要 目的探讨循环内皮细胞在冠状动脉慢血流现象中的变化,进而为慢血流现象探索一些确切的发病机制。方法 2008年5月至2011年6月在我院行冠状动脉造影诊断为冠状动脉慢血流的27例患者做为试验组,将同期造影结果正常的35例做为对照组。所有病例以相同方法行冠状动脉造影,使用CTFC法判定冠脉血流,各组患者在冠脉造影术后即刻抽血一次,采用流式细胞术测定循环内皮细胞水平。结果与正常对照组相比,慢血流现象患者循环内皮细胞数量明显增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循环内皮细胞可作为反复血管内皮损伤的有效指标,血管内皮损伤与慢血流现象之间可能存在着一定的相关性,血管内皮损伤可能是慢血流现象发生机制之一。 Objective To investigate the changes of circulating endothelial cells in the coronary slow flow phenomenon, Then to explore some pathogenesis for the slow flow phenomenon. Methods From may 2008 to June 2011 in our hospital under-went coronary angiography diagnosis of 27 patients with coronary slow flow ased the experimental group,and the same period 35 ca-ses of normal angiography ased control group. All cases with the same method for coronary angiography, CTFC method was used to determine coronary flow. Then Groups of patients blood were collected,the level of circulating endothelial cells were determined by flow cytometry. Results Compared with normal control group, the number of circulating endothelial cells in patients with slow flow phenomenon significantly increased(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Circulating endothelial cells can be used as effectivve index of recurrent vascular endothelial injury, There was a correlation between the vascular endothelial damage and slow flow phenomenon. Endothelial injury may be one mechanism of slow flow phenomenon.
