摘要 【目的】研究缩节胺喷施次数对杂交棉生长发育的影响,筛选适宜的缩节胺喷施次数,为其在杂交棉上的应用提供理论依据。【方法】以杂交棉品种鲁棉研30号为材料,在田间设置缩节胺(DPC)6种不同喷施次数处理,研究DPC化学调控对杂交棉叶面积指数、干物质积累、棉铃时空分布及产量的影响。【结果】DPC喷施三次的处理效果最佳,棉花全生育期叶面积指数呈单峰曲线,峰值均在盛铃期,最高值为4.8;棉株的营养生长和生殖生长得到了有效合理的协调,并促进了生殖器官干物质的累积。改善棉花成铃结构,使棉铃空间分布均匀,并具有提高单株成铃数的效果,较对照增加0.41~1.74个成铃数;棉株单株铃数和单铃重显著增加,皮棉产量达到3 583.3 kg/hm2。【结论】在肥水适量的基础上,适期运用DPC对棉花进行系统的化学调控,其中化控三次最为理想。 【Objective】The objective of this study focuses on DPC spraying times on the growth and development of hybrid cotton and screening an appropriate DPC spraying time,in order to provide theoretical basis for its application in hybrid cotton. 【Method】In order to research DPC chemical regulation of LAI,dry matter accumulation,time and space distribution and yield of hybrid cotton,hybrid cotton named Lumianyan30 was put into a test in the field with six different frequencies DPC spraying processing.【Result】The treatment effect of spraying DPC three times was the best. During the whole growth period,leaf area index showed a single peak curve in the peak boll period,and the maximum value was 4. 8. The cotton vegetative and reproductive growth was reasonably and effectively coordinated which promoted the reproductive organs of dry matter accumulation. Improving the cotton bolls structure to make the boll space well- distributed and increase the number of bolls per plant increased the bolls from 0. 41 to 1. 74 bolls compared with the check. The cotton bolls number,boll weight significantly increased and lint yield reached 3583. 3 kg/hm2.【Conclusion】On the basis of the appropriate amount of fertilizer,three times of chemical control was the most ideal,among which,the DPC systematic chemical regulation of cotton three times might be suitable.
