中(新疆)塔农业科技合作的机遇与挑战研究

Opportunities and Challenges of Agricultural Science and Technology Cooperation between China(Xinjiang) and Tajikistan

【目的】通过对中国(新疆)与塔吉克斯坦双方农业科技合作的现状与前景分析,阐明双方继续深化合作的重要性、必要性。【方法】考察访问、项目合作交流获得资料信息,以及收集、汇总国内相关文献进行对比分析。【结果】中塔农业科技合作发展迅猛、前景广阔,这种合作在展现巨大机遇的同时,也面临着一系列挑战。提出了应对挑战的策略。【结论】中塔农业科技合作只有充分发挥现有优势,积极应对所面临的挑战,才能有所发展。

【Objective】Through analysis of the present situation and prospect of both of Xinjiang（ China）and Tajikistan＇s agricultural science and technology cooperation,this paper expounds the importance and necessity of bilateral cooperation. 【Method】To collect,summarize and comparatively analyze the data obtained from the study visit,project cooperation and exchange and domestic relevant information. 【Result 】China（ Xinjiang） and Tajikistan＇s agricultural science and technology cooperation is developing rapidly and displaying a broad prospect,which,at the same time,requires that both sides should face a series of challenge,so some strategies were put forward. 【Conclusion】China（ Xinjiang） and Tajikistan ＇s agricultural science and technology cooperation only gives full play to the existing advantages,so,only both sides take the historic opportunity and actively respond to the challenge promote the development.
