摘要
为制定某石煤型钒矿合理的开发利用方案,采用化学分析、显微镜分析、电子探针分析等手段对其进行工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:矿石中V2O5含量为0.94%。矿石中钒有两种赋存状态,一种以类质同象形式赋存在水白云母(伊利石)中,少量赋存在榍石、锐钛矿、赤铁矿等矿物中;另一种以离子吸附形式赋存在碳质中。提钒应先利用选矿方法除去耗酸矿物,再采用冶金处理方法使钒从矿石中浸出。
In order to explore a reasonable exploitation and utilization scheme of a Vanadium Bearing Stone Coal Ore ,Process mineralogy was investigated by research methods of chemical analysis, microscope and electron probe analysis. The results show that the vanadium has two kinds of occurrence state. The first one is isomorphism which vanadium exist mainly in hydromuscovite,and a small amount of sphene anatase hematite allanite and zoisite. The second one is in form of adsorption mainly absorbed by carbon. The selection of vanadium extraction should first discard acid-consuming minerals before metallurgical concentration.
