新型矿用钩头的设计与应用

文章主要介绍一种新型密封旋转钩头。新型钩头采用吊钩与缓转体直接连接的结构形式,可减少传统钩头装置的总高度与自重,密封性能得到提高。并且能很好的满足6--8m3大容积吊桶的提升要求,可协同其他装备,在大直径超深立井施工中实现快速排矸、提高工作效率的目标。文章主要从设计、计算及现场应用等方面系统性的验证新型钩头的可靠性与实用性。

The article describes a new seal rotating hook. In the new structure, rotary is directly connecting with the hook. Compared with conventional hook,the new hook not only reduces the height and overall weight,but also the sealability is improved. It can well meet the 6- 8m3 bucket lifting large volume requirements. Conjunction with other equipment, the new hook achieve rapid discharge refuse in large diameter ultra-deep shaft construction successfully, and improve work efficiency. This article verifies the reliability and practicality of new hook in the aspects of design, calculation and on-site application systematically.
