关于推进地质勘查行业统计工作发展的思考

Thinking on the development of the statistical work of the geological exploration industry

当前,我国正处于全面深化改革和完善社会主义市场经济体制的关键时期,多项重大改革任务的推进都需要统计信息的支撑,获取更加真实、准确、完整、及时的统计信息。地质勘查行业统计工作作为国民经济统计的重要组成部分,加强和完善地质勘查行业统计工作,提升统计调查分析水平,对于更好地为经济社会发展提供基础数据支撑,充分发挥统计工作的作用具有重要的意义。本文简要介绍了当前地质勘查行业统计现状,对存在的问题进行了分析,最后从加强统计领域信用建设,确保统计工作的执行力、修订完善统计指标,推进统计业务规范化、加强基层地勘单位统计队伍建设,提高统计人员素质、加大服务统计调查对象的力度,全方位提供统计服务等方面提出了推进地质勘查行业统计工作发展的若干建议。

At present, China is in the key period of deepening reform and perfecting the socialist market economic system. Major reform tasks need the support of statistical information to assure information are in time,accurate and complete. Statistical work of geological exploration industry is an necessary part of national economy statistic. Strengthening and improving the geological exploration industry statistical work can enhance investigation and analysis level , so that economic and social development can be supported better. This paper briefly introduced current situation of the geological exploration industry statistics, analyzed problems and gave suggestions on how to improve the industry development. Those suggestions are strengthening credit construction in the field of statistics to ensure the execution of the statistical work, revising and improving statistical indicators to promote the standardization of statistical business, strengthening statistics team construction in grass-roots prospecting units, improving the quality of statistical personnel, increasing the intensity of statistical investigation, providing a full range statistical services, etc.
