摘要
目的:建立ICP-MS测定三七中有害元素As含量不确定度的分析方法。方法:采用ICP-MS检测有害元素As的含量,根据JJF l0592-1999《测定不确定度的评定与表示》建立数学模型。结果:三七中砷的含量为0.08mg/kg,测定方法导致的不确定度为0.054mg/kg。结论:ICP-MS测定过程中标准曲线和回收率对不确定度影响最大。
Objective To establish the method of uncertainty analysis of the harmful elements of As determination in pseudo -gin-seng.Methods The ICP -MS was used to determination the content according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia （Ch P,2010）.Result The content of arsenic Tn pseudo -ginseng is 0.08mg/kg,while the uncertainty caused by measurment method is 0.054mg/kg.Conclusion The average recovery rate and calibration curve is the most factors in the process of determination.
