舍曲林合安思定治疗仪治疗广泛性焦虑障碍30例临床观察

Sertraline combined Alpha-stim clinical observations on the treatment of 30 cases of generalized anxiety disorder

目的:评价舍曲林合安思定治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将符合ICD-10诊断广泛性焦虑障碍的60例患者分为研究组(舍曲林联合安思定治疗仪治疗)和对照组(单用舍曲林治疗)各30例。疗程6周,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行临床评分,采用副反应量表(TESS)、体检及实验室检查评价安全性。结果:从治疗第1周末开始研究组HAMA总分和对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组所需要的药物剂量少于对照组,不良反应发生率亦较少(P<0.05)。结论:舍曲林联合安思定治疗仪治疗广泛性焦虑障碍起效快,疗效肯定,安全性高。

Objective Evaluation of sertraline combined with Alpha -stim on clinical efficacy and safety in treatment of general-ized anxiety disorder.Methods ICD -10 diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder in our hospital study of 60 patients were divided into groups （sertraline combined with Alpha -stim）and control group （sertraline）,for 6 weeks,by the Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA） clinical score,side effects Checklist （TESS）,physical examination and laboratory tests to evaluate security.Results Treatment start-ing from 1th HAMA total score and the study group compared to the control group,there was a significant decrease （P 〈0.05）,the doses needed for the study group than the control group,there is less incidence of adverse reactions （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Sertra-line combined Alpha -stim treatment of generalized anxiety disorder with rapid onset,is effective and safe.
