高铁游客旅游消费行为研究——基于宁杭高铁沿线城市的分析

本文基于470份宁杭高铁沿线城市游客旅游消费行为调查数据,重点分析高铁游客出游时间、出游花费、出游频次、旅游偏好和旅游满意度等内容,并针对宁杭高铁游客的旅游消费行为特征,提出了打造精品旅游集聚区、拓展信息供给渠道、完善接待设施与服务和加强城市联动等促进南京高铁旅游繁荣的建议。

Based on 470 urban tourists consuming behavior survey data along Nanjing-Hangzhou CRH,the paper analyses high-speed railway tourists＇ travel time,travel cost,travel frequency,travel preferences,tourist satisfaction,etc.Aiming at Nanjing-Hangzhou CRH tourists consuming behavior,the paper proposes to build tourism cluster regions,expand channels of information supply, perfect reception facilities and service and strengthen the cooperation among cities along the high-speed railway to promote the boom of Nanjing high-speed rail tourism development.
