杀真菌剂对玉米生长和重金属吸收的影响

摘要 为了明确重金属污染胁迫条件下,杀真菌剂(苯菌灵)对玉米重金属耐性的影响,探讨杀真菌剂对非目标生物的不利作用。以重金属污染的农田土壤为基质,开展室内盆栽试验,研究苯菌灵对玉米的生长、生理、重金属含量与吸收量的影响。结果表明:(1)重金属胁迫条件下,苯菌灵显著影响玉米的生长和生理,导致玉米株高和生物量分别下降14%和23%,玉米叶片MDA含量显著增加了87%;(2)苯菌灵显著降低玉米地下部的Cd含量,并显著减少玉米对Pb、Zn和Cd的吸收,吸收量分别下降32%、33%和43%。可见,土壤重金属污染条件下,杀真菌剂导致玉米对重金属的耐性与吸收均降低。 In order to elucidate the effects of fungicide(Benomyl) on the heavy metal tolerance of maize(Zea may L.) and explore its potential adverse effects on non-target organisms under heavy metal pollution stress,the author conducted greenhouse pot experiments in heavy metal polluted soils, investigated the effects ofBenomyl on the growth, physiology, heavy metal contents and uptake in maize(Zea may L.). The resultsshowed that:(1) Benomyl significantly affected the growth and physiology of maize under heavy metal stress,resulted in a decrease of plant height and biomass by 14% and 23%, respectively, and an increase of MDAcontent in leaves by 87%;(2) Benomyl induced a significant decrease of Cd content in maize root, andsignificantly reduced the uptake amount of Pb, Zn and Cd in maize plant by 32%, 33% and 43%, respectively.The results indicated that the fungicide caused a remarkable decrease of the heavy metal tolerance and uptakeamount in maize under heavy metal stress.
