In clinical drug trials, standardized nursing of trial subjects and standardized management of drug administration have substantial influence on the test results. This article discussed the methodology and effects of management of trial subjects in terms of training of nursing staff, management of subjects＇ living, compliance, humanistic care and drug administration. Scientific and standardized management can facilitate the implementation of drug clinical trials.
