乳腺癌患者保乳术后行调强放疗与行常规放疗的疗效研究

Curative effect research on postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer patients with confirmed breast lines：intensity-modulated vs. conventional

目的：分析乳腺癌患者保乳术后行调强放疗与行常规放疗的疗效，探讨其临床应用价值。方法：根据放疗方式的不同，将我院于2012年2月至2013年12月期间收治的82例接受保乳手术的乳腺癌患者划分为实验组与对照组，每组分别41例。实验组患者行调强放疗，对照组患者则接受常规放疗。观察并比较两组患者放疗后的临床疗效。结果：放疗后，实验组患者的无瘤生存率、局部控制率与对照组相比， P〉0.05，差异无统计学意义；试验组患者的临床副反应以及乳房美容情况与对照组相比，P〈0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：与常规放疗相比，乳腺癌患者保乳术后行调强放疗，能够保证较高的无瘤生存率及局部控制率，临床副反应小、乳房美容效果良好，有利于提高患者的生活质量，具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect and the application value of the treatment of breast cancer patients after breast conserving surgery with conventional radiotherapy versus intensity-modulated radiotherapy. Methods： 82 cases of patients received breast conserving surgery for breast cancer in our hospital during February 2012 to December 2013 were randomly selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group with 41 patients in each. Patients in the experimental group were treated with radiotherapy, while the control group patients received conventional radiotherapy. Clinical effect in the two groups of patients after radiotherapy were observed and compared. Results： After radiotherapy, tumor free survival rate and local control rate between the two groups were compared; P〉0.05 and the difference was not statistically significant. Clinical side effects and breast profile and appearance between the two groups were compared; P〈0.05 and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Compared with conventional radiotherapy, intensity-modulated radiotherapy can guarantee higher free survival rate and local control rate in patients and the clinical side effects and breast cosmetic effect are good. It is conducive to improve the quality of life of patients and it is of important clinical application value.
