摘要
目的：探讨围术期护理在感染性心内膜炎瓣膜置换术中的应用效果。方法：选取我院收治的感染性心内膜炎患者260例，分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予围术期护理，比较分析两组护理效果及护理满意度。结果：观察组痊愈率92.31%，对照组痊愈率73.08%，对照组明显低于观察组（P〈0.05）；在护理满意度方面，对照组为69.23%，观察组为93.85%，对照组明显低于观察组（P〈0.05）。结论：围术期护理在感染性心内膜炎瓣膜置换术中应用效果显著，可有效改善患者病情，提高生活质量，值得临床推广。
Objective：To investigate the perioperative nursing care in the application effect of endocarditis in aortic valve replacement infection. Methods： 260 patients with infective endocarditis were selected in our hospital patients, divided into control group and observation group, the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group were given perioperative nursing care, the nursing effect of two groups were compared and the nursing satisfaction. Results： iIn the observation group, the cure rate was 92.31%, the cure rate of the control group 73.08%, control group was significantly lower than the observation group（P〈0.05）; in the nursing satisfaction, 69.23% for the control group, the observation group was 93.85%, the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Perioperative nursing in infective endocarditis valve valve replacement effect significantly, can effectively improve the condition of patients, improve the quality of life,worthy of promotion.
